18-Year-Old From Los Banos Arrested For Murder
An 18-year-old Los Banos man has been arrested for murder after a shooting on Sunday in Turlock.
The Turlock Police Department says officers responded around 2:26 a.m. on August 9 to the 1100 block of Park Street for reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police arrested Corey Pollard Jr. of Los Banos at the scene.
He was later booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on a murder charge.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
The shooting is still under investigation.
